The HydroLuxe Fiji is a spacious 5-person hot tub designed around a dedicated full-body lounger and an immersive hydrotherapy experience. Measuring 77″ x 87″ x 34″, the Fiji combines multiple upright therapy seats with a full-body lounger and 60 stainless steel hydrotherapy jets for extensive massage coverage throughout the spa.
With a 2.5 HP, 2-speed pump and dedicated 230V operation, the Fiji combines high jet count, comfortable seating, and strong heating performance for a relaxing at-home spa experience.
60 Stainless Steel Jets and Full-Body Lounger
The Fiji features 60 stainless steel hydrotherapy jets positioned throughout its therapy seats and dedicated full-body lounger. The lounger provides a reclined seating position for full-body relaxation, while the additional upright seating gives other bathers comfortable therapy positions throughout the spa.
An adjustable pressure control allows you to customize the massage experience, while the 2.5 HP, 2-speed pump provides the power behind the Fiji’s 60-jet hydrotherapy system.
Dedicated 230V Performance
The Fiji is designed for 230V, 50-amp hardwired service with GFCI protection. Its dedicated 230V configuration supports the Fiji’s hydrotherapy system and 4.0 kW stainless steel heater.
The 230V electrical configuration provides strong heating performance while allowing the heater and spa pump to operate together for better temperature maintenance during use.

Are HydroLuxe spas plug-and-play?
Some HydroLuxe models come factory-configured for 115V, 15-amp plug-and-play operation. These models use a factory-installed GFCI power cord and must be connected directly to a dedicated, properly grounded outlet. Other HydroLuxe models require dedicated 230V hardwired electrical service.
Always refer to the electrical specifications for your specific HydroLuxe model before installation.
Can a 115V HydroLuxe spa be converted to 230V?
Yes. HydroLuxe models designed for 115V/230V operation can be permanently field-converted to 230V, 50-amp hardwired service with GFCI protection. The conversion and electrical installation should be completed by a licensed electrician according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical codes.
What is the benefit of converting a HydroLuxe spa from 115V to 230V?
On convertible HydroLuxe models, the standard 115V configuration uses approximately a 1.0 kW heater. When properly converted to 230V, heater output increases to approximately 4.0 kW.
The 230V configuration also allows the spa to be configured so the heater can operate while the jet pump is running on high speed, providing improved heat recovery and temperature maintenance during use.
Do HydroLuxe 230V spas need to be hardwired?
Yes. 230V HydroLuxe spas require dedicated hardwired electrical service with properly rated GFCI protection. The electrical installation should be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Can I use an extension cord with my HydroLuxe spa?
No. Never use an extension cord with a HydroLuxe spa. Plug-and-play models must be connected directly to the appropriate dedicated grounded outlet, and 230V models must be properly hardwired.

Do HydroLuxe spas include an ozone water care system?
Yes. HydroLuxe spas include a factory-installed ozone water care system to assist with routine spa water maintenance. Ozone works as part of your overall water care program and does not replace proper sanitizer, water balancing, filtration, or routine maintenance.
What chemicals do I need for my HydroLuxe spa?
Proper spa water care requires both water balancers and a sanitizer. These products perform different jobs, and both are important for maintaining properly balanced and sanitized spa water.
Water balancers are used to adjust and maintain proper water chemistry, including pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Sanitizers are used to control bacteria and keep the spa water properly sanitized.
For HydroLuxe spas, use granulated chlorine or bromine as your sanitizer along with the appropriate water balancing products needed for your source water.
What sanitizer should I use in a HydroLuxe spa?
HydroLuxe recommends using granulated chlorine or bromine to sanitize your spa water. Sanitizer is only one part of proper water care, so you should also test and balance your spa water regularly using the appropriate water balancing products.
Can I use a saltwater system in a HydroLuxe spa?
No. HydroLuxe spas are not compatible with saltwater systems. Saltwater systems can cause corrosion to spa components and may void the spa warranty.

Does a HydroLuxe spa include a filter?
Yes. A spa filter is included with your HydroLuxe spa. For ongoing maintenance, we recommend keeping extra filters available so you can rotate a clean, dry filter into the spa while used filters are being cleaned and allowed to dry. HydroLuxe replacement filters are sold in convenient 2-packs.
How often should I clean my HydroLuxe spa filter?
HydroLuxe spa filters should be rinsed weekly and thoroughly cleaned monthly as part of regular spa maintenance. To help protect the filter pleats and allow the filter media to dry completely, we recommend rotating your filters rather than immediately returning a wet filter to the spa.
For this reason, our HydroLuxe replacement filters are sold in 2-packs. When a filter is removed for cleaning, a clean, dry filter can be installed while the used filter is rinsed, cleaned, and allowed to dry before its next use.

Are spa steps included with a HydroLuxe spa?
No. Spa steps are sold separately. This allows you to select the step style and configuration that works best for your installation.
Are water care chemicals included with a HydroLuxe spa?
No. Water care chemicals are sold separately. You will need both appropriate water balancing products and a sanitizer to properly maintain your spa water. HydroLuxe recommends granulated chlorine or bromine for sanitation.

What type of foundation does a HydroLuxe spa need?
A HydroLuxe spa must be installed on a structurally sound, level surface capable of supporting the filled weight of the spa, water, and occupants. A reinforced concrete pad is an excellent long-term foundation, but other properly prepared foundations may also be suitable.
If you plan to install a spa on an elevated deck or other raised structure, consult a qualified contractor or structural engineer to ensure the structure can safely support the spa.
Can a HydroLuxe spa be installed indoors?
Yes, but indoor installations require careful planning for structural support, ventilation, water-resistant surrounding materials, access, and drainage. The installation location should also provide sufficient access to the spa equipment for future maintenance and service.
Should I hire an electrician to install my HydroLuxe spa?

How Does the FROG @ease System Work?
The FROG @ease system combines FROG minerals with SmartChlor sanitizer in convenient pre-filled cartridges. Once installed in the compatible FROG filter basket, the system provides an easy way to manage the sanitizing portion of your regular spa water care routine.

What Costs Apply to a Spa Return?
Your refund is based on the purchase price of the spa, less the following applicable costs:
Return Transportation: Cost to transport the spa back to the factory
Inspection & Restocking Fee: $150
Processing Fee: 3% of the purchase price
These applicable costs are deducted from the amount refunded to you.
What If I Cancel My Order?
If your spa has not shipped: A 3% processing fee applies to the cancelled order.
If your spa has already shipped: You are responsible for the applicable freight charges. Shipped cancellations are also subject to the $150 inspection and restocking fee and 3% processing fee.
How Is My HydroLuxe Spa Delivered?
HydroLuxe spas are shipped by freight truck and delivered curbside or to your driveway. The freight driver is responsible for unloading the spa at the delivery point. Moving and installing the spa in your yard, patio, deck, or home is your responsibility.
A daytime phone number and physical delivery address are required so the freight carrier can coordinate delivery.
Could Additional Delivery Charges Apply?
Most residential addresses can be serviced normally. However, locations that are not accessible by tractor-trailer or require additional handling may result in additional delivery charges.
Examples can include narrow roads or lanes, restricted-access communities, unpaved roads, remote locations, bridges, ferries, or other conditions that make normal freight delivery difficult.
If you have concerns about your location, contact us before delivery so access can be reviewed and any additional charges can be discussed in advance.
What Should I Do When My Spa Is Delivered?
You or a designated person must be available to inspect and sign for the delivery. Carefully inspect the spa and packaging before signing the freight receipt.
If you see any damage, note the damage on the freight delivery receipt before signing and contact HydroLuxe Spas Outlet for assistance. Missed delivery appointments may result in additional redelivery charges.
Where Does HydroLuxe Spas Outlet Deliver?
HydroLuxe Spas Outlet delivers within the 48 contiguous United States where surface freight delivery is available. We currently do not ship spas to Alaska or Hawaii.
When Is My Refund Processed?
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days following the return of the spa, subject to the applicable return conditions, transportation costs, and fees.
